Under EU consumer law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases, starting from the day after receiving the goods. You may cancel your order within this period without giving any reason, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
Exceptions apply to custom, perishable, or unsealed items for hygiene reasons.

We ship orders using trusted carriers, such as Lithuanian Post and DPD. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and included in your order total.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships, where available.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you only upon delivery to your address, as required by EU law.

SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
DanP Lego is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use.
However, all purchases are made directly with DanP Lego, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions, products, or services purchased through our store.
SECTION 9 – PRIVACY POLICY
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
DanP Lego is the data controller for all personal data collected through this website.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, some data is also processed by Shopify as a data processor on our behalf.
